What data do we collect and hold?

When you place an order with us we collect some data via our third party order processing software. The data we collect includes your name, address, email address and telephone number.

We use this data to fulfil and dispatch your order and all of this data is held securely by our order processing software. In addition we download this data each month and hold it in a secure and protected database. If you would like to be removed from this list please contact us and we will permanently remove you.

When you make a purchase your email address is added to our customer contact database. This is stored securely by our third party email management provider (Campaignmonitor) and by us on a secure and protected database.

Payment data

We do not retain or hold credit or debit card information. All payments are processed through our third party payment processing provider (Worldpay)and stored securely by them.

What do we use this data for?

We use your data to fulfil and dispatch orders.

We also use your email address to keep you updated on order and delivery status, to request payment, and to keep you updated with regard special offers which we only share with existing customers. We also email existing customers with news of new products that we're releasing before they go live on the website.

Every email we send has an 'unsubscribe' button on it so it's easy to opt out if you don't want to receive them.

Do we ever sell your data.

Short answer. No. Never. Wouldn't dream of it.
