1. Pricing

Prices shown are in pounds (£) sterling and include VAT at the current prevailing rate of 20%. Prices are subject to change without notification.

2. Delivery

Goods are dispatched by post using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service. Delivery charges, which include postage and packing, are calculated as follows:

• - Postage and packing to the UK will be charged as follows: 1shirt £5.90; 2 shirts £6.50; 3 shirts £7.30; 4 shirts £8.70 and then £1.00 for each additional shirt thereafter, up to a maximum cost of £11.50.
• - Postage and packing to Europe will be charged as follows: 1 shirt £9.75 and then £1.25 for each additional shirt thereafter, up to a maximum cost of £17.25.
• - Postage and packing to the USA will be charged as follows: 1 shirt £11.50 and then £2.50 for each additional shirt thereafter, up to a maximum of £26.50.
• - Postage and packing to the Rest of the World will be charged as follows: 1 shirt £13.50 and then £2.50 for each additional shirt thereafter, up to a maximum of £28.50.

Please be aware that additional import charges may occur once the goods arrive in the destination country. Butler & Butler Trading Ltd accept no liability for these charges.

3. Payment

Goods may be paid for by debit card, credit card or by cheque.

The following cards are accepted for payment; Visa; Mastercard; Maestro; Solo or American Express

Cheques should be made payable to Butler & Butler and will need to be cleared before goods are despatched.

4. Credit Card Security

All card payments are handled by Secure ePayments, which is run by HSBC. Secure ePayments utilises 128bit SSL encryption to process all card transactions, to ensure all confidential information remains secure.

5. Payment Terms

For account customers, orders will be invoiced on the day of dispatch and payment will be required no later than 30 days following the date of the invoice.

6. Returns/Refunds

We are happy to replace any goods in the unlikely event that they are faulty. We will normally offer a suitable replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. In the first instance, please alert us by telephone and a refund or replacement will be actioned upon receipt of the returned goods. All faults must be advised within 14 days of delivery.

Returns of incorrectly ordered goods or goods no longer required must be cleared with Butler & Butler before return (at your expense). We reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty correctly supplied goods.

7. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched.

8. Guarantees

Butler & Butler warrants that all goods featured will be free from flaws in workmanship of material, providing that the following conditions have not been breached:

• - failure to follow instructions, negligence or wilful damage.
• - misuse or alteration.

9. Cookies
